How to order?

Step One

Download a cap template and fill out all the details of the custom cap that you would like to create.

We call it Tech Pack or Technical Package which encloses all the information of the cap necessary to create the prototype cap and that manufacturer needs to make before making mass order.

Step Two

After getting all the details a merchandiser will contact you within 24 hours and will assist you up to delivery. Based on your information you will get a quotation.

Step Three

Your final tech pack is ready. We will give you an idea about the production cost based on your tech pack. You also have to deposit the payments for the sample orders.

We will fix the final bulk production cost after getting the sample.

Step Four

Based on your approved tech we will develop the sample. The sample will be ready within 15 days for delivery.

Step Five

if the sample is approved then we will discuss the payment method for the bulk order production.

Step Six

Sample approved & payment method is fixed. We will also have to fix the shipment method. Now we will start the bulk manufacturing which will take around 30 to 45 days.

Step Seven

Our bulk manufacturing has been finished. Now we will prepare the goods for the shipment.
