Sample Manufacturing
Sample Approval
We will only start the production when you are satisfied and approve the sample.
Sampling is free of charge with confirmed bulk orders.
Without bulk order Sample manufacturing will charge USD 100.00 per design will be applied to cover the costs which includes logos digitizing, manufacturing and the shipping cost with courier.
Steps of Sampling

Tech pack
technical package containing all the information that we need to create your headwear sample.

Lead Time
Once the fabric and trims are ready, the hat samples will be finished within maximum 14 days.

Delivery
We send the samples through FedEx/DHL which will take around 5 to 7 business days.
Lead Time of Sample Manufacturing
Leadtime starts of a sample when the deposit of your order is paid and we also have all information required to complete your order which includes Tech pack, all artworks AI/EPS Format, shipping info, completed and approved templates, etc.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Template completing fee: free when placing an order or $50 when ordered alone (refunded when placing an order).
Logo vectorizing Fee (if needed): free unless your artwork is complex.
Logo digitizing Fee: free.
Embroidery, custom inside taping, etc: no setup fees.
Woven label: $90 gets you 1000 pcs (MOQ); we can stock or send the leftovers.
Stamped, leather and PVC patches: if you order a sample only that features a stamped patch, we have to charge a one-time mold fee of $90.
Rush order fee: we offer the possibility to rush your order; the fee is based on your deadline as well as the nature of your order.
