Payment & Shipment
- Payment
For the bulk production you can choose different types of payment method. You have to deposit full Advance payment for the short quantity headwear’s.
For the big quantity you can send 50% advance TT & rest 50% after getting the Bill of lading (BL).
You can also issue LC for the bulk order in our factory. We will fix the payment method before starting the Production.
- Packing
We can customize cartons as per customer’s requirements (dimension, print etc). If there are no requirements, we use our standard packing as follows:
Flat brim caps: Our standard packing dimensions are 72x48x37cm for one master carton with 4 inner cartons. Each inner carton contains 25 pcs with 1 polybag per cap. One master carton contains 100 pcs.
Curved visor caps: Our standard carton’s dimensions are 63x48x37cm for one master carton with 4 inner cartons. Each inner carton contains 25 pcs with 1 polybag per cap. One master carton contains 100 pcs.
Beanies: Our standard carton’s dimensions are 56x46x38cm for one master carton containing 100 pcs and one polybag per beanie.
- SHIPMENT
We send samples by Air Express (UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT)
For Bulk orders if you have your own forwarder, We will send the products to your shipping agent. If you don’t have forwarder, you can use ours and provide you different shipping quotations (Sea or Air or Air Express). Depending on the quantity, we will advise you the cheapest way to ship. Usually, shipping by sea takes about 3-4 weeks, Air 2-5 days and Air Express 4-10 days.
Incoterms: Our quotations are based on FOB (Free on board). If you need others Incoterms like EXW (Exit Factory Price), kindly mention to us.
